1) Create a trunk designated to the pre-pay feature.
2) Click List to view a list of the trunks
3) Cick the Edit icon for the trunk you just created:

A sample rates table is displayed:
The rates table follows standard CSV format. All fields are separated by commas:

pbxnsip – Domain Default Dial Plan

This is the dial plan that users in this domain can use. Note that each user (extension) can override this with their own dial plan based on the requirement. Most of the accounts in a domain will use the default dial plan. If you do not set a default dial plan, you will likely have problems placing outbound calls. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to choose a default dial plan.

pbxnsip – The Default Domain

Before you can begin using the system, you must set up at least one domain. By default, the system installation creates one domain (pbx.company.com) and associates localhost as alias to it. The localhost domain will match all requests that cannot be matched to a domain name within the domain list. This makes it possible to run the PBX on changing IP addresses without changing the name of the domain. This simplifies the setup of the PBX in environments where only one domain is needed. Thus, if you are going to have only one domain, the localhost would be a convenience and would be better left on the system than deleted.

pbxnsip – Log Filename

To request that the system write log messages to a filename, specify that filename here. If you put a dollar sign into the log filename, the system will replace the dollar sign with the current day and automatically generate a new file everyday. This will ensure that the log files do not become too large over time. This is highly recommended;otherwise, do not log to a file at all. Also, be sure to delete old log files fromtime to time so that your file system does not get overloaded with too much logging information.
