SIP Trunks
With VoIP having had its fair share of cowboys involved over the years, SIP Trunk termination has not reached anywhere near its potential. pbxnsip have tested over 200 trunk termination vendors and numerous connectivity providers and are pleased to announce that all vendors using Pure SIP technology have passed testing and are ratified.
SIP trunks offer a cost effective solution to the end user customer and quite often can reduce the bottom line of the pbx cost when reducing the factor of a media gateway. We recommend that there is always a gateway installed for failover, so a PRI, BRI or Analogue internal or external gateway can be used for 911/999 calls and as resilience ‘IF’ there is an interruption in the connectivity. Always deploy a high SLA connection such as SDSL, ADSL Max or a leased line.
