Service Flags- 'Know How' -

Service Flags act as a very powerful routing engine within the PBX. A service flag is simply a switch, just like a light it is either on or off. We like to use the term Set or Clear, but the theme means the same.

If the flag is set then the PBX simply uses a different account or IVR.
